Areas of Practice

Coaching

Megan provides coaching services to General Managers, CEOs and senior leaders to enable them to be more strategic, authentic and confident.

Senior leadership can be a lonely place and coaching with Megan provides a discreet space where you can discuss issues, gain insight and perspective, and develop options and plans.

If you are new to a leadership role, looking to take your current performance to the next level, have an area you need to develop or just recognise having an independent sounding board makes you a better leader then Megan can help.

Art

The lightness and darkness that pervades all our lives lies at the heart of Megan’s painting. The tussle between the two and the associated moods see her highlight the themes of wellbeing, balance, melancholy, joy and hope.

Megan came to painting after suffering significant burnout. Over the years she had been creative but the dedicated space gave her the opportunity to develop her voice and to articulate moods in her work.

Megan’s painting has transformed and more people have taken an interest in the bold colour and layered textures. She works in oils with palette knife and acrylics with fingers and brush to capture moods through the use of scale and colour to give the painting a strong physical presence for the viewer.
